中西医结合护理褥疮的应用研究

Study on Application of Integrated Medicine Nursing in Patients with Bedsore

目的探析褥疮患者运用中西医结合护理的临床效果。方法选择2012年11月—2014年11月期间我院铁法煤业集团总医院收治的骨科患者98例为研究对象,根据入院编号的奇数和偶数将其分为两组,其中给予对照组常规护理,而观察组在此基础上,再给予中医联合护理,对两组的治愈时间和疗效进行对比分析。结果两组在治愈时间方面比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时,与对照组相比,观察组的治疗总有效率高,比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床上给予骨科褥疮患者中西医结合护理,能够使治愈时间缩短,使疗效提高,促进患者康复,是比较有效的一种方法。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of integrated medicine nursing in patients with bedsore. Methods From November2012 to November 2014, 98 cases in our hospital during the period of orthopaedic patients were selected as the research objects. Ac-cording to the number of admission the odd and even number, they were divided into control group which was given routine nursing care and observation group was given integrated medicine nursing on the basis of the control group. The cure time and curative effect of the two groups were analyzed. Results The two groups in cure time were statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. At the same time,compared with the control group, the total effective rate of the treatment group was high, and there was statistical significance（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The integrated medicine nursing in patients with bedsore can shorten cure time, improve curative effect, and pro-mote patients recover. It is an effective therapy.
