慢性咳嗽的中西医结合诊治进展

慢性咳嗽是肺系疾病的常见病,病因复杂多样,诊治较为困难。慢性咳嗽属于中医学"久咳"、"顽固性咳嗽"范畴。古籍对慢性咳嗽虽没有明确记载,但大多数医家认为慢性咳嗽属于内伤咳嗽。近年来,随着国内外咳嗽指南的颁布,慢性咳嗽的诊治水平有很大的提高,中医药对慢性咳嗽的认识较全面,治疗有一定的优势。笔者收集相关资料,对慢性咳嗽近几年的中西医诊治进展概述如下。
