摘要
目的检测艾叶、黄芩、蒲公英及艾叶黄芩、艾叶蒲公英等比配伍制剂对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、乙型溶血性链球菌、铜绿假单胞菌等菌种的最低抑菌浓度(minimal inhibitory concentration,MIC),探究中草药在人体抗感染中的作用。方法2015年3—5月采用水煎法提取中草药的有效成份,并用倍比稀释法测定药物的MIC。结果艾叶、黄芩、蒲公英及其相关配伍制剂对4种菌株均有一定的抑制作用,其中对大肠杆菌抑菌效果最好的是艾叶黄芩配伍制剂,MIC为3.91mg/ml;对金黄色葡萄球菌抑菌效果最好的是艾叶,MIC为3.91 mg/ml;对乙型溶血性链球菌抑菌效果最好的是艾叶黄芩配伍制剂,MIC为15.63 mg/ml;对铜绿假单胞菌抑菌效果最好的是艾叶,MIC为7.81 mg/ml。结论中草药的抑菌效果不同,配伍后较其单味使用时对不同的细菌作用有差异。
Objective To detect the of minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC) folium artemisiae argyi,Scutellaria,dandelion and the compatibility of them on Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,Beta hemolytic streptococcus,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,explore the bacteriostatic effect of herbal preparations.Methods Using boiling components extract their effective constituents and testing the MIC of every Chinese Medicine and the extract of compatibility prescription by tube double dilution method from March to May 2015.Results The extracting solution of 4 kinds of Chinese Herbs Medicine and their compatibility of preparation had certain inhibition.Among them,the best antibacterial effect of E.coli is the compatibility of folium artemisiae argyi and Scutellaria,and the MIC was 3.91 mg/ml.the best antibacterial effect on Staphylococcus aureus is folium artemisiae argyi and the MIC was 3.91 mg/ml,The best antibacterial effect of Beta hemolytic streptococcus is the compatibility preparation of folium artemisiae argyi and Scutellaria,and the MIC was 15.63 mg/ml.The best antibacterial effect of Pseudomonas aeruginosa is the folium artemisiae argyi and the MIC was 7.81 mg/ml.Conclusion Different herbs haves different antibacterial effect.And being compared with using alone,the results would be different when using their compatibility.
