Study on current situation and research progress of nursing teamwork

本文就国外护士团队合作理论模型、测量工具、影响因素及干预措施进行了综述,以期为提高国内护士团队合作能力提供理论依据,进而提高护理质量和护士工作满意度。

This article summarized the overseas research of theory model, measure tools, related factors and intervention measures about nursing teamwork in order to provide theory basis for improving the cooperation ability in domestic nurses, so as to improve the quality of nursing and the job satisfaction of nurses.
