摘要
本文结合目前国内外患者安全文化现状,从患者安全文化的概念、评估工具、现状、影响因素及干预措施等方面进行综述,以期帮助临床护士正确认识患者安全文化和防范医疗不良事件。
This paper analyzed the concept,assessment tools,affecting factor, and interventions of safety culture by means of review. Based on such, we put forward some help for clinical nurse to understand safety culture further and keep medical adverse event away.
