摘要
本文就心理契约的概念、对临床管理工作的指导意义、测量方法、管理效果以及影响因素、干预措施等方面进行了综述,并展望了新医学模式下的心理契约管理,为护理管理者实施心理契约管理提供依据。
This paper summarized the status of psychological contract, including the concept, guiding significance to clinical management, measurement method, management effects, as well as influencing factors, intervention. Finally, we prospected the psychological contract management under the new medical model. In order to provide nursing managers references to improve nurses' psychological contract.
