房地产市场走向扑朔迷离,难以捉摸。作为＂出头鸟＂,链家的机遇和风险,都被无限放大午后,阳光穿过上海静安区链家门店的玻璃橱窗,散落在空荡荡的桌椅之间,只有两三名经纪人坐在电脑前打发时间。＂买房人很多,都出去了,一天至少带看三四次。＂一位经纪人掏出名片,喜悦在眉眼间浮动。3月5日,《中国企业家》杂志记者走访了上海链家5家门店,经纪人依旧忙碌,带客户看房、签约,始于10天前的链家危机似乎没有干扰他们的节奏。

One broker said.February 23,the Shanghai Consumer Protection Committee held a news conference on consumer satisfaction survey in Shanghai real estate agent,and two chain stores of Lianjia in Shanghai on suspicion of hiding housing resources have already been interviewed.The crisis has also triggered an underlying fear on the large-scale expansion of Lianjia.By 2015,Lianjia confirmed its 020 platform strategy,trying to create a whole industry chain with the entrance of 'living',at present time,Lianjia is covering 24 cities nationwide,achieved a turnover of 709 billion yuan.O2 O platform,1 trillion turnover,100,000 brokers,which are 2017 goals of Lianjia disclosed by Zuo Hui;however,radicalness,barbarism and risks,these are other sides of Lianjia.
