摘要
采用硫化氢监测分析方法,得出采煤机割煤涌出硫化氢气体在下风流断面及沿程方向上的分布规律;在此基础上,首次提出在采煤机滚筒割煤处喷洒吸收液吸收,以及在采煤机下风流喷洒吸收液拦截捕获相结合的硫化氢治理新技术,并对喷洒吸收液装置的设计及布置进行了研究。通过对喷洒吸收液治理硫化氢效果的影响因素进行试验研究,得出治理煤矿采煤机割煤涌出硫化氢危害的工艺参数。测试分析表明,采煤机司机处及其下风流硫化氢气体浓度降低效率分别达到84.4%和86.7%,取得了良好的治理效果。
The distribution law of hydrogen sulfide in the downward air flow and along the flowing course during coal cutting by the shearer was obtained by monitoring and analysis. Based on this,a new control technology for hydrogen sulfide was proposed,that is,spraying the absorption solution at the coal cutting point to absorb hydrogen sulfide and spraying the absorption solution in the downward air flow to capture hydrogen sulfide,study was carried out on the design and arrangement of the absorption solution spraying device. Experimental study was also made on the influence factors of hydrogen sulfide control effect by spraying the absorption solution,and the technological parameters of controlling hydrogen sulfide emission in coal cutting by the shear were obtained. The measurement showed that the reduction efficiency of hydrogen sulfide concentration at the shearer driver position and in the downward air flow was respectively up to 84. 4% and 86. 7%,good control effect was achieved.
