摘要
在不同煤尘含水率条件下,对β射线法与摩擦电法测尘仪测量煤尘浓度的结果进行了对比研究,实验结果表明:随着给定煤尘浓度的增大,β射线法与摩擦电法测尘仪测量结果的绝对误差都逐渐增大;在煤尘浓度一定的条件下,随着煤尘含水率的增加,两种测尘仪器的煤尘浓度测量值越偏离给定煤尘浓度值,且煤尘含水率对摩擦电法测尘仪的测量结果影响更大;当煤尘含水率低于3.5%时,摩擦电法测尘仪测量结果偏离给定煤尘浓度值较小,而当煤尘含水率高于3.5%时,β射线法测尘仪测量结果偏离给定煤尘浓度值较小。
Under the conditions of different water contents in coal dust,contrast research was carried out on the coal dust concentrations measured by both β-ray and tribo-electricity dust instruments. The experimental results showed that with the increase of the coal dust concentration,the absolute error of the results measured by β-ray and tribo-electricity dust instruments gradually increased; under the condition of the certain dust concentration and with the increase of water content in coal dust,the coal dust concentrations measured by two dust instruments deviated more and more from the given coal dust concentration,and the water content in coal dust had greater influence on the measurement results of the tribo-electricity dust instrument; when the water content in coal dust was lower than 3. 5%,the measurement results of the tribo-electricity dust instrument deviated less from the given coal dust concentration,but when the water content in coal dust was higher than 3. 5%,the measurement results of the β-ray decay dust instrument deviated less from the given coal dust concentration.
