摘要
针对新桥煤矿综掘工作面粉尘浓度高、污染严重的问题,在掘进工作面采用分段式封孔注水技术进行降尘。对分段式注水封孔器钻孔布置、封孔方式和注水压力等影响注水效果的因素进行分析,并对不同注水压力条件下煤层含水量、注水时间、湿润半径等参数进行测试,找出适合工作面生产条件及煤层赋存情况的最佳注水压力。通过不同注水压力条件下降尘效率测试,其降尘效率达到65.1%,证明分段式封孔注水技术能够显著提高降尘效率。
To aim at the problems of high dust concentration and serious pollution in the fully mechanized heading face in Xinqiao Mine,a dust removal technology by sectional infusion and borehole sealing was applied in the fully mechanized heading face. The factors affecting water infusion effect were analyzed,including the borehole arrangement,the borehole sealing method,infusion pressure and so on,the parameters such as the coal-seam water content,water infusion time and the wetting radius at different infusion pressure were measured,and the best infusion pressure suitable for the working face production conditions and coal seam occurrence was found out. The measurements at different infusion pressure showed that the dust removal efficiency could be up to 65. 1%,this proved that the technology by sectional infusion and borehole sealing could significantly improve the dust removal efficiency.
