特厚易自燃煤层综放开采火区启封技术 被引量:11

摘要 对山西某煤矿特厚易自燃煤层的自然发火原因进行了分析,设计了防灭火技术方案,考察了方案实施效果,总结出工作面启封成功经验。特厚易自燃煤层由于自然发火期短、停采时间较长、防灭火措施落实不到位等原因易导致工作面采空区自然发火,被迫密闭;启封后采取注氮、注阻化剂、加快恢复生产系统、加快推进速度等措施,对于保证成功启封起到较好的辅助作用;技术方案科学合理,精心编制劳动生产节点计划,方案措施落实到位是确保成功启封的关键。 In this paper,analysis was carried out on the causes of spontaneous ignition in the extra-thick inflammable coal seam in a coal mine in Shanxi Province, a technical scheme for fire prevention and control was designed, the implementation effect of this scheme was examined, and the successful experience for unsealing the working face was summarized. Spontaneous ignition is easy to occur in the gob of the working face in the extra-thick inflammable coal seam due to the short ignition period,long mining-stop time and the implementation of fire prevention and extinguishing measures not in place,as a result,the working face has to be sealed. After unsealing of the working face,some measures were taken,including the nitrogen injection,the retarder injection,the rapid restoration of production system and the accelerative advance of the working face,all of these played a better supporting role for the successful unsealing of the working face. The reasonable technical scheme,the careful preparation of production node plan and the implementation of control measures are the key for the successful unsealing of the working face.
