摘要
近年来,世界电子产业迅速发展,为了加强对电子产品有毒有害物质含量的严格控制,利用Visual Studio 2010设计开发电子产品有毒有害物质分析测评系统。该系统具有Ro HS2.0指令的解析、电子产品有毒有害物质的检测方法、模糊聚类分析评估以及知识训练四个功能。重点是利用模糊聚类算法对电子产品有毒有害物质进行定量分析,并给出相应电子产品的污染等级。仿真结果显示,该系统实现了人机交互的友好配合,能够对输入的电子产品物质含量表进行动态的模糊聚类分析并给出相应评价,便于检验机构人员直观的观察结果,从而进行有效监控,提高国内电子产品的安全。
Recently,the electronic industry has developed rapidly.A system,based on Visual Studio 2010,is designed to enhance the control of toxic and hazardous substance in electronic products, with the functions of new version RoHS2.0 command parsing,method of detection of toxic and hazardous substances,analysis and evaluation on hazardous substances in electronic products.The focus of this paper is a qualitative analysis on hazardous substances of electronic products by using fuzzy clustering analysis and then gives the pollution level of related electronic products.The simulation results show that the system realizes a friendly human -computer interaction,which can conduct dynamic analysis on input material table of electronic product and evaluate accordingly.It is convenient for inspection agency person to observe results concisely and monitor on it effectively to improve security of domestic electronic products.
