摘要
教研培一体化是加强高等教育和基础教育联系的有效策略之一。教研培一体化有利于充分发挥高校教师、一线教师和师范生各自的优势。通过教学、教研和培训的一体,可以实现三者之间的有效互动,可以实现高校教师、一线教师和师范生三种不同阶段、不同类型教师的专业发展。
Integration of teaching,research and training is one of the effective strategies which strengthens the connection between higher education and basic education.Integration of teaching,research and training is conducive to giving full play to teachers in colleges and universities,to teachers and students in their respective advantages.Through teaching,research and training,the effective interaction among the three,the different types of teacher professional development in colleges and universities,teachers and students in three different stages can be realized.
