The Empirical Study of Building a Well-off Society in Ouhai District

到2020年,瓯海区能全面建成小康社会吗?通过建立一套既符合瓯海区实际又兼具科学性、权威性、准确性的全面建成小康社会指标体系,全面、客观地评估了瓯海区全面建成小康社会的实现程度。结果显示,2014年瓯海区全面建成小康社会的实现程度达到92.91%,但在经济建设、社会发展、文化教育等方面仍存在不少短板,未来亟需采取针对性的解决之道。

Will Ouhai district have been able to build a well-off society in an all-round way by 2020？ Through the establishmentof a set of index system to build a well-off society, which is not only consistent with the practice of Ouhai district but also scientific,authoritative and accurate, the research evaluated the realization degree of building a well-off society in an all-round way in Ouhai districtcomprehensively and objectively. The results showed thatthere are still many shortcomings in the economic construction, socialdevelopment and cultural educationin Ouhai district, which is urgently in need of a targeted solution in the future, although it hasreached a realization degree of comprehensive well-off society by 92.91% in 2014.
