This paper explores the development of Taiwan Tamsui fisherman＇s wharf and its successful experiencesand proposes countermeasures for Wenzhou＇s fisherman wharf establishment, leisure fishing tourism and green ecology tourismso as to further expand the coast of Wenzhou, popularity of tourism with water and promote the development of Wenzhou society andeconomy.
