Experiences and Insights into Soil and Groundwater Pollution Remediation in Taiwan,China

总结了台湾土壤及地下水污染整治政策、立法和管理的经验及相关案例,认为我国应健全政策法规,建立可持续的资金筹措和激励机制,土水并治,尽快启动专项调查和评估,严格遵循先恢复再利用的原则,重视有机污染,加强加油站的污染防范。

Taiwan soil and groundwater pollution remediation started in 1980s. After years of practice, Taiwan offi-cially promulgated the Soil and Groundwater Pollution Remediation Act, and then added a series of relevant sup-porting regulations forming a relatively complete system of soil and groundwater environmental management systemin 2001. This paper studied the policy, legislative, management, and related cases of the Taiwan soil and ground-water pollution remediation, and summarized the valuable management experiences that would provide useful reference for China.
