将吸附性能和稳定性良好的MIL-53(A1)材料与包覆有Si02的超顺磁性材料通过超声结合,利用带有磁性的金属有机骨架材料做磁固相萃取,萃取后通过解析、浓缩并联用CC—MS/MS分析水样中的多溴联苯醚。最低检出限在0.98~8.65ng/L,定量限在2.94~28.54ng/L,并得到较好的线性相关系数尺2(0.980~0.999),日间和日内的相对标准偏差分别为3.23%~7.80%和5.30%~14.15%。说明该种检测方法是可行的。
Magnetic solid -phase extraction (MSPE), which is based on the extraction of target analysis on themagnetized sorbents, is a relative new mode of solid phase extraction (SPE). MSPE with Fe3 04@ SiO2/MIL -53(A1) nanocomposite as sorbent was used to extract polybrominateddiphenyl ethers (PBDEs) from water sam-ples. The MSPE process involved the dispersion of the Fe304 @ SiO2 and MIL -53 (A1) nanoparticles in watersamples with sonication, followed by magnetic aided retrieval of the sorbent, then solvent desorption of extractedPBDEs for GC - MS/MS analysis. Under the optimized conditions, the method showed good linearity in the range of5- 2000 ng/L, low limits of detection (0. 98 -8.65 ng/L), and good repeatability of the extractions (relativestandard deviation, 〈 15%, n = 5). MSPE using water stable MOF materials as sorbent was demonstrated to be afast, simple and effective pretreatment method for the determination of PBDEs from environmental water samples.
