摘要
对电加工加工质量有直接影响的因素主要涉及设备、人员、材料等方面。为了改善加工工件表面质量,从影响最主要的设备因素、人为因素和材料因素等三方面提出了改善表面质量的措施,本文重点讨论设备因素对电加工表面质量的影响和改进。
the factors that have a direct impact on the electrical machining quality mainly relates tothe equipment, personnel, material etc.. In order to improve the quality of workpiece surface, the surfacequality improved measures are put forward from three aspects of the main effects of equipment factors,human factors and material factors, this paper mainly discussed the influence factors on surface qualityof electric processing equipment and improvement.
