中高职“2+3”衔接教育模式浅析

本文从目前中国职业教育难以适应经济快速发展的现状入手,简析了中国中职和高职两个不同层次职业教育面临的问题,并区分两者在培养目标以及岗位职业技能、培养模式、技术层次上的差别。从长期亲身教学经验中深入思考——如何做好中、高职之间的衔接已经成为职业教育健康发展的燃眉之急!对职业教育改革提出了自己的一些独特见解,可供同行参考借鉴。
