摘要
本文通过Pro/E软件对汽车雨刮器的零部件进行设计,完成汽车雨刮器的虚拟装配;利用Pro/E的仿真模块,获得雨刮臂的运动轨迹,得出通过改变电动机曲柄长度,可以改变雨刮臂的摆动角度大小,从而获得设计的雨刮器的雨刮臂摆最大摆动角度,为研究雨刮臂的摆动角度提供相关参考。
With the rapid development of computer aideddesign and manufacturing technology, it can shorten the designcycle and improve the design level by using the computer tosimulate and analyze the motion and change process of themechanical mechanism. Design of parts and complete the virtualassembly of auto wiper by using Pro/E; also obtain the trajectory ofwiper arm through simulation module. Concluded: by changing themotor crank length, you can change the wiper arm swing angle, soas to obtain the maximum swinging angle, to provide a reference forthe study of the swing angle of the wiper arm.
