摘要
本文设计了一款观测免疫磁珠在振动磁场作用下磁振特性的系统,解决了处于微米级别的磁珠运动在肉眼下不可见的问题。实验研究表明,系统设计满足观测要求,且磁珠振动的频率和振幅受振动磁场的频率和振幅的影响。
The system was designed what can observe themagnetic resonance of the immune magnetic beads under the effectof vibrating magnetic field, and the problem was solved that themotion of magnetic beads at the micro level was not visible fromthe naked eye. The vibrating magnetic field was produced by thevibrating constant magnetic field actuated by piezoelectric ceramic.The microscope was used to observe the motion of magnetic beadsunder the action of vibrating magnetic field, and through theexperimental research, the following conclusions are obtained: theobservation system meets the demand and the vibration frequencyand amplitude of magnetic beads is influenced by the vibrationfrequency and amplitude of magnetic field.
