摘要
本文主要分析探讨一种新型的环保技术无磷涂装前处理技术,以顺应现阶段工业生产需求,满足低温、节能要求。无磷涂装前处理技术在汽车涂装中的应用,所得漆膜附着力较强,且具有良好的抗腐蚀性与抗冲击性,能够达到现阶段汽车工业基本需求标准。此外,本文将对无磷转化存在的问题与原因进行探讨,并总结出有效应对措施,以期能够促进该技术更好地应用。
This paper mainly analyzes and discusses thepretreatment technology of non phosphorus coating technology,which is a new type of environmental protection technology, tomeet the needs of industrial production at the present stage, tomeet the requirements of low temperature and energy saving. Theapplication of non phosphate coating pretreatment technologyin automobile coating, the film adhesion is strong, and has goodcorrosion resistance and impact resistance, can achieve the basicrequirements of automotive industry at present. In addition, thispaper will discuss the problems and reasons of non phosphorustransformation, and summarize the effective measures to promotethe better application of the technology.
