The Tianwan Nuclear Power Plant owned terminals,since its inception in April 2001, using a 400-ton crane fixed full swing,the maximum carrying 400 tons, with the development of Tianwan NuclearPower Plant owned terminals business in the expansion of the nuclearpower plant when the project requires the transformation of 400 tonsstationary crane full swing, it was upgraded to 530 tons, in order to supportthe heavy lifting, transportation needs, improve total return fixed cranework, to meet the business needs of high load terminals. This paper focuseson the Tianwan Nuclear Power Plant owned terminals 400 t fixed full swingfor the 530 t crane upgrade project plan.
