摘要
热悬挂是燃气轮机在启动过程中比较常见的一种故障。产生该故障的主要原因是燃气轮机在启动升速过程中,排烟温度上升过快,导致与机组升速率不协调而造成压气机严重失速,即使再增加燃料量,也不能使机组正常升速。本文分析西门子SGT5-4000F(4+)型燃气轮机在启动过程中出现热悬挂的原因,并根据原因逐步进行排除,最终解决热悬挂问题。
The gas turbine hot suspension is more importantduring the startup process a failure, mainly due to the gas turbinestart raising speed process, the exhaust gas temperature rise is toofast, with the unit liter rate disharmony caused severe compressorstall, even if an additional amount of fuel, nor can the unit normalincreases the speed. This paper analyzes the reasons for SiemensSGT5-4000F (4+) Gas Turbine appear during the startup processheat hanging, and gradually excluded according to reason, andfinally to heat the suspension issue is resolved.
