本文主要介绍半导体产品从料管到编带的视觉设备应用。该设备利用工控机自主研发,运行速度快,稳定性好,能满足生产工艺的要求。

Machine Vision refers to the use of machinesinstead of human vision to make measurements and judgments,which could increase the flexibility as well as the level ofautomation of production. This technology has been widelyapplied to the semiconductor and the electronics industries for itsexcellent features. Nevertheless, the wide range of semiconductorshas led to the diversification of inspection machines.This articlemainly discusses the application of machine vision equipment insemiconductors from tubes to carrier tapes. Self-developed withthe help of IPC （Industrial Personal Computer）, this equipment hasthe advantages of high running speed and stable performance, andmeets the needs of the production process.
