“车刀角度测量及标注角度建立”的计算机辅助实验教学

摘要 外圆车刀标注角度是认识其他各类复杂刀具的基础。它的测量角度多且复杂抽象,过去采取的数据处理方法繁琐且准确性差,数据分析不直观,导致学生对复杂、抽象的教学内容理解较困难。该课采用计算机辅助教学后,有效地改变了此状况,大大提高了学生的学习兴趣和学习成绩。 The author of this paper, according to the teachingexperience of the course for many years, breaks the traditionalteaching mode and established the computer aided experimentalteaching of “Turning angle measuring and marking angle figureis establishment”.Cylindrical turning tool marking Angle is thebasis of other kinds of complex cutting tools, it is much and theview of measurement of complex abstraction,In the past, the dataproCessing method is tedious and the accuracy is poor, the dataanalysis is not intuitive. Students' understanding of complex andabstract teaching content is difficult. After the class uses ComputerAssisted Instruction, effectively changed this situation, studentslearning interest, a substantial increase in performance.
