摘要
针对中小学管理场域校长权力依赖领导方式所导致的权力的刚性与教育的文化性之分歧、权力的稳定性与教育的变革性之抵牾、权力的立竿见影与教育的长效性之悖谬,非权力影响力得以出场和彰显。非权力影响力倡导软化权力,以提升组织机构的文化性格;活化权力,以增强组织机构的应变能力;分化权力,以培植组织机构的战略眼光。而明确校长道德领导角色,将学校打造为伦理共同体;更新校长管理理念,创新学校管理体制;塑造校长教育哲学观,形成先进办学理念则成为建构校长非权力影响力的重要进路。
Primary and secondary school principals accustomed to using power influences to manage the school,this lead to the contradictions between rigid power and cultural education,between stability of power and transformative education,between short acting power and long term of education.Non-power influence can overcome the shortcomings of power influences,because non-power influence advocate to softening power to enhance the cultural characteristics of school,to activate power to strengthen the organizational resilience,to divide power to culture the strategic vision of school.Clearing the principal's moral leadership role to built the school into ethical community,updating the principals management notions and innovate school management system,shaping the principals of education philosophy and form the advanced school idea can be the feasible way to built the non-power influence of the principals.
