论全球化时代民族跨文化教育的合理性发展

Discussion on the Rational Development of Intercultural Education in the Globalization

事物的合理性在于其合目的性与合规律性的协调统一。民族跨文化教育目的应是基于政治、文化、经济等方面社会需求确立的,其教育活动的实施需要遵循文化变迁与教育实践要素的内在运动规律。我国的跨文化教育目的是培养适应多元文化社会的公民,其合理性发展应包含三个层面的内容与目标:首先,应包含公民教育,培养学生的公民意识和国家认同;其次,应包含乡土教育,培养学生的乡土情怀和族群认同;最后,应包含全球跨文化教育,培养学生的跨文化意识和全球认同。其中,跨文化教育的实施应关注乡土情怀与公民理性的融合、学术认知与文化建构的统一。

Rationality refers to the consistency of the aims and the rules of development.The objectives of intercultural education include political,cultural and economic dimensions and the educational implementation should comply with the laws of cultural evolvement as well as educational process.In China,the objective of intercultural education is to cultivate the citizen with the multiple social adaptabilities.In the rational development of the cross-cultural education,three goals must be achieved.Firstly,the civic awareness and national recognition should be evoked among the students.Secondly,attachment to hometown and ethnical recognition should be implanted.And finally the global intercultural awareness and recognition should be learnt.Particularly,the ethnical identity,the civic rationality,the academic cognition and the cultural construction should be integrated during the intercultural education.
