关于“算法工程师”培养模式创新的思考

Break the Traditional Education Theory to Train “Algorithm Engineer”——on thePersonnel Training Mode Innovation of Bachelor Degree Majoring in Computer Science and Technology

本文以卓越工程师培养计划和工程教育专业认证为背景,将计算机科学的内在特征概括为"算法工程",提出了"培养算法工程师"的教育理念,从人才培养目标创新、课程体系调整、专业实践体系构建、专业认证体系构建四个方面对高校教育改革进行了积极探索,并针对"算法工程师"培养及认证的实际需求,提出了具体措施和建议。

This paper stands against the background of outstanding engineers training program as well as engineering education professional certification.The internal characteristic of computer science is summarized as‘algorithm engineering＇.The educational concept of＂training algorithm engineer＂is proposed.We make a detailed exploration on the college education reform concerning four major aspects,including innovation of professional training orientation,adjustment of curriculum system,construction of professional practice system,and establishment of professional certification system.Specific measures and suggestions are presented targeting the practical requirements in the training and certification of＂algorithm engineer＂.
