地方本科高校转型发展是高等教育改革的重要战略,是地方本科高校提高竞争力、可持续发展的重要举措。地方本科高校战略转型是转型发展的关键,必须明确转型发展背后隐藏的内涵、基本条件、内容、实施手段及目标。本文利用扎根理论研究方法构建战略转型模式,并对战略转型的内涵、目标、条件、基本内容及实施模式等进行深入分析,为地方本科高校成功转型提供指导。

The transformational development of local colleges and universities is an important strategy for the reform of higher education.It＇s a dramatic measure for them to improve their competitiveness and foster their sustainable development.It＇s of great importance to explore the potential characteristics,the general conditions and basic components;the implement methods and objectives.Based on the grounded theory,this thesis aims to construct a strategic transformational model,and carry out a thorough analysis of the intrinsic value,the objectives,the basic components of the strategic transformation,which functions as a guide for the successful transformation of the local colleges and universities.
