基因芯片在产前诊断中的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 产前诊断是预防出生缺陷胎儿的主要检测途径,染色体核型分析是目前产前诊断细胞遗传学检测的金标准,是主要的临床诊断手段。而基因芯片技术由于其高灵敏度、高自动化程度,已经开始广泛应用于产前诊断。尽管在产前诊断中使用基因芯片仍有他的局限性,但该技术为临床显著的基因组失衡病例检测提供了一种新的检测手段,并证明了其有用性并显示了更高的诊断能力。本文将对基因芯片技术及其在产前诊断中的实际应用过程中的关键问题进行着重探讨。
