摘要
边疆治理历来是国家大事。南疆广西在大开放与大开发新时期下出现了一些不容忽视的文化问题,广西边境地区尤为明显:经济利益诱惑下的犯罪频现、频繁合作交流下的文化入侵、民族文化瓦解下的认同焦虑。针对新问题,可从意义的认识、主体的自觉、学校的职能三方面思考广西边境文化建设。
Borderland governance has always been a national event.Commended by the Central Committee as a model borderland with"four merits",Guangxi,especially its border area,has some cultural problems which can not be ignored in the era of grand opening and developing.For example,crimes are committed frequently under the temptation of economic benefits,culture invasion take place along with the frequent co-operations and communications,anxiety of identity occurs with the collapse of ethnic culture.In accordance with these problems,culture building in Guangxi borderland can be considered from these three aspects:understanding of significance,subjective consciousness,and functions of schools.
