采供血工作伦理问题认知度调查分析

A survey and analysis on the awareness about the ethics issues in blood services

目的调查采供血机构工作人员对采供血工作伦理问题的认知度,并根据调查结果研究相应对策。方法随机选取北京市红十字血液中心各科室职工总人数的50%发放调查问卷,调查内容包括调查对象基本情况、是否接受过伦理培训、对采供血和采供血研究相关伦理问题的认知及对血液中心伦理委员会的认知等4个方面。结果大部分工作人员已知晓采供血及采供血研究相关的伦理问题,但对伦理委员会的认知仅停留在表层,对伦理委员会的实际工作没有广泛了解。结论需要采取多种方式加强采供血伦理教育的培训,并针对不同岗位人员突出不同的培训重点,医学伦理委员会的工作需要进一步加强。

Objective To look into the awareness about the ethics issues in blood services, and offer possible solutions.. Methods A questionnaire survey was done among half of the employees in Beijing Red Cross Blood Center randomly, and all the data were analyzed with Microsoft Excel 2007. Results Most of the employees in Beijing Red Cross Blood Center knew about the ethics issues in blood services, while lacked the realization of the work of Ethics Committee.Conclusion More attention should be paid to the training about the ethics issues in blood services, and different contents should be highlighted according to different trainees. The work of ethics committee should be strengthened.
