基于BMI、Rohrer指数对甘肃陇东南农村留守与非留守儿童体质健康评价 被引量:5

Evaluation of physical health among left-behind and non-left-behind children in rural areas of Southeastern Gansu province using Rohrer and BMI indices

摘要 目的分析甘肃陇东南农村留守与非留守儿童体质健康状况,以及与参与体育锻炼等因素之间的关系,为进一步评价和提高该地区儿童的身体健康提供科学依据。方法采用整群抽样方法,使用问卷调查农村中学12~14岁初中二年级812位同学的体格指标与运动状况,采用BMI、Rohrer指数评价其健康状况。结果超重率和肥胖率指数分析表明:男生明显高于女生,非留守儿童显著高于留守儿童(P〈0.05);儿童消瘦率分析表明:非留守儿童明显低于留守儿童(P〈0.01)。农村留守儿童还存在运动量不足、运动时间过少,家务劳动偏少情况,但与农村非留守儿童之间相比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论农村留守儿童的体质健康状况不容乐观,其运动量、运动时间有待加强,值得社会各界关注。 Objective To analyze the physical health of left-behind and non left behind children and its relation to the physical exercise participation and other factors for provide scientific basis for further evaluation in the rural area of southeast of Gansu. Methods Using cluster sampling method, the questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the physical indicators and exercise status evaluated by BMI and Rohrer index among 812 students from 12 to 14 years old in grade two of rural middle schools. Results The overweight and obesity rates in male were higher than that in female and those were higher in non-left-behind children than that of left-behind children with significant differences( P〈0.05).The rate of low weight in un-left-behind children was lower than that in left-behind children with obvious significant differences(P〈0.01).The left-behind children lack of physical exercise and had little time for sports and housework with no significant differences(P〈0.05) between the two groups. Conclusion The health status of left-behind children in rural areas is not optimistic and the amount of exercise and time of the children need to be increased. It is worthy attention from all of society.
