南京青奥会期间埃博拉出血热防控措施与对策

2014年南京青年奥林匹克运动会即将开幕时,西非4国暴发的埃博拉出血热疫情正在向世界蔓延。为了防止埃博拉出血热的传入,保障青奥会的顺利召开,南京市疾病预防控制中心在赛前进行风险评估,制订相应的防控预案和方案,开展演练,实施与多部门及周边地区的联动机制,制定相应的工作流程;赛中开展症状和传染病监测,完善场馆内的疑似病例及密接人员分离隔离和其他人员医疗救援分流流程,加强对场馆的巡查,对发现的问题,现场解疑释惑、提出解决办法,督促落实;对监测的数据每日形成简报呈送组委会。通过构建防控体系,保证了赛会的进行。

During the games, the monitoring of symptoms and infectious diseases was carried out; The rescue process of the suspected cases, the personnel contacted with infectious patients and others in the venues was perfected;The inspection of the venues was strengthened for eliminating the doubt and confusion and proposing the solution to the problems;The monitoring data in forms of daily briefing reported to the organizing committee. The construction of the prevention and control system, the games is ensured successfully.
