芬兰早期教育发展的特征及其启示 被引量:4

摘要 芬兰的早期教育和保育在芬兰教育体系中占据着核心地位。芬兰以尊重儿童受教育的权利为主,设置弹性化的早期教保福利体系;以发展儿童为关键,着重提升早期教师的教学研究能力;以儿童全方位发展为基础,制定接续的早期课程指南;以关心儿童为中心,不断地加强多方面互动合作。芬兰早期教育特征可为我国学前教育发展提供借鉴:将教育公平作为法律与政策制定的重要原则,促进学前教育公平与均衡发展;完善教师准入制度,提升教师与专业水平;为幼儿入学提供准备,保证幼儿园与小学的有效衔接;加强教师、家长、儿童三方面的互动。
