摘要
合成聚合物压裂液具有耐温、耐盐、耐剪切性能好,破胶后几乎无残渣,对储层及支撑裂缝伤害小等优点。该领域的研究已经成为目前压裂液研究的热点。重点介绍了化学交联聚合物压裂液和可逆物理交联聚合物压裂液最新研究及应用进展;从绿色环保智能聚合物压裂液研制、聚合物压裂液实现在线连续混配、聚合物压裂液交联、防膨、助排一体化技术3个方面对未来聚合物压裂液发展方向提出了新见解。
A synthetic polymer fracturing fluid has the advantages of good heat resistance,salinity tolerance and shear resistance,leaving almost no residue after gel breaking,and harming reservoir and propping fracture little,etc. Synthetic polymer fracturing fluids has become the research focus in the field of fracturing fluidsresearch currently. Recent progress of the research on chemical crosslinking polymer fracturing fluids and reversible physical crosslinking polymer fracturing fluids and their application are introduced,and future development of polymer fracturing fluids is discussed in regard to three aspects,i. e. the development of green environmental smart polymer fracturing fluids,the realization of continuous online mixing of polymer fracturing fluids,and the integration of the crosslinking,anti- swelling and clean- up of polymer fracturing fluids in this paper.
