Preparation of a Filtrate Reducer for Oil Based Drilling Fluid by Emulsion Polymerization and Performance Evaluation on This Filtrate Reducer

摘要 以长链丙烯酸酯和苯乙烯为主要单体,二乙烯基苯为交联剂,用乳液聚合法合成了具有微交联结构的油基钻井液用降滤失剂;通过红外光谱和扫描电镜对其结构和微观形态进行了表征,并对其在油基钻井液中的性能进行了评价。研究结果表明,该产品具有良好的降滤失能力,加量为3%时可以将油基钻井液在150℃时的高温高压滤失量控制在5 m L以下;同时适用于有土相和无土相油基钻井液,在200℃以内具有良好的降滤失效果,且对钻井液流变性能影响小。 A filtrate reducer of microcrosslinking structure for oil based drilling fluid was synthesized with long chain acrylic ester and styrene as the main monomers and divinylbenzene as the crosslinker in an emulsion polymerization process,its structure and micromorphology are characterized with infra- red spectroscopy and scanning electron microscope,and its performance in oil based drilling fluid is evaluated. The results of study have shown that this filtrate reducer has good filtrate loss reduction capacity. When 3% of this filtrate reducer is added to an oil based drilling fluid,the high temperature and high pressure filtrate loss of the oil based drilling fluid at 150 ℃ can be controlled below 5 m L. This filtrate reducer is suitable for the oil based drilling fluid with or without soil phase with good filtrate loss reduction effect when the temperature is below 200 ℃,and has little effect on the rheological property of drilling fluid.
