耐温抗盐聚合物降滤失剂的合成与评价 被引量:4

摘要 以丙烯酰胺(AM)、2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)、衣康酸(IA)、二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC)和N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮(NVP)为单体,过硫酸铵和亚硫酸氢钠为引发剂,采用水溶液聚合的方法制备了一种抗温抗盐聚合物降滤失剂;考察了单体质量配比、引发剂用量、溶液p H、单体用量和反应温度对合成的降滤失剂性能的影响;测定了降滤失剂的相对分子质量,对其进行了红外光谱分析和热重分析,考察了降滤失剂对基浆性能的影响。实验结果表明,合成水溶液聚合降滤失剂适宜的条件为:AM,AMPS,IA,DMDAAC,NVP的质量比为4.8∶2.5∶1.2∶0.5∶1.0,引发剂用量为单体水溶液总质量的0.5%,p H为6,单体用量为单体水溶液总质量的25%,反应温度为60℃;此条件下得降滤失剂的黏均相对分子质量为12×104;降滤失剂在饱和盐水基浆中的加量为3%时,滤失量降至4.4 m L,180℃下老化24 h后滤失量为8 m L。 A heat resistant and salt tolerant polymer filtrate reducer was prepared with acrylamide( AM),2-acrylamido- 2- methylpropane sulfonic acid( AMPS),itaconic acid( IA),dimethyldiallylammonium chloride( DMDAAC) and N- vinyl pyrrolidone( NVP) as the monomers and ammonium persulfate and sodium bisulfite as the initiators in an aqueous solution polymerization peocess,the effects of the mass ratio of monomers,the quantity of initiators,the p H value of solution,the quantity of monomers,and the reaction temperature on the properties of the synthesized filtrate reducer,the relative molecular mass of the filtrate reducer was determined,infra- red spectroscopic analysis and thermogravimetric analysis were conducted for the filtrate reducer,and the effect of the filtrate reducer on the properties of base mud was studied. The results of experiment have shown that the suitable conditions for synthesizing the filtrate reducer in the aqueous solution polymerization process are: the mass ratio of AM,AMPS,IA,DMDAAC,NVP is 8: 2. 5: 1. 2: 0. 5:1. 0,the quantity of initiators is 0. 5% of the total mass of the aqueous solution of monomers,the p H value is6,the quantity of monomers is 25% of the total mass of the aqueous solution of monomers,and the reaction temperature is 60 ℃. The viscosity average relative molecular mass is 12 × 104 at the above conditions. The filter loss drops to 4. 4 m L after 3% of the filtrate reducer is added to the saturated brine base mud,and increases to 8 m L after the saturated brine base mud containing 3% of the filtrate reducer is aged for 24 h at180 ℃.
