摘要 建立了一种采用高效液相色谱法测定低张力泡沫剂DLF-1中各组分含量的方法。采用蒸发光散射检测器和疏水型色谱柱,通过对色谱参数的优化,确定了最佳测试条件,分析结果表明,低张力泡沫剂中的各种表面活性剂均能得到有效分离,并且无机盐、原油及其他杂质对测试结果无干扰。该方法线性范围宽、灵敏度高、回收率高、数据重现性良好。 A method of determining the concentrations of the components in Low Tension Foam Agent DLF- 1 with high performance liquid chromatography( HPLC) was developed. The optimum testing conditions were identified by making use of evaporative light scattering detector and HIC column and optimizing chromatographic parameters. The analytical results have shown that all kinds of surfactants in the low tension foam agent can be separated effectively,and inorganic salts,crude oil and other impurities have no interference with the testing results. This method has the advantages of wide linearity range,high sensitivity,high recovery rate and good data reproducibility.
