摘要
针对高温高盐油藏苛刻条件,研制了复合型堵剂WY-2,其具有无机材料的刚性、尺寸稳定性和热稳定性,以及与高分子材料的柔韧性,能显著提高堵剂的耐温抗盐性。室内评价结果表明,在90℃及矿化度5×104mg/L下,膨胀倍数仍在10倍以上,放置180 d后膨胀体不变形,岩心封堵率达96.7%,冲刷600 PV后封堵率为96%。WY-2在T142X23井调剖后,对应油井累计增油1 574 t,有效期达331 d,收到很好的经济和社会效益。
In view of the severe conditions in high temperature and high salinity oil reservoir,a compound plugging agent designated as WY- 2 was developed. This compound plugging agent has the rigidity,dimensional stability and thermal stability typical of an inorganic material and the flexibility typical of polymer materials,and it can improve the heat resistant and salt tolerant properties of plugging agent. The results of laboratory evaluation have shown that the compound plugging agent expands by more than 10 times when the temperature is 90 ℃ and the salinity is 5 × 104 mg / L. The colloid of this compound plugging agent did not deform after letting it stand for 180 d. The core plugging rate reached 96. 7%,and was 96% after the washing corresponding to 600 PV was conducted when it was used. Accumulated oil production was increased by1 574 t at Well T142X23 with the effective period of Compound Plugging Agent WY- 2 reaching 331 d,and good economic and social benefit has been obtained since this compound plugging agent was used for profile control in this well.
