摘要
食品二氧化碳生产装置运用催化氧化精脱硫剂,生产出的产品质量能满足食品CO2的国家标准。应用结果表明:该精脱硫剂生产工艺条件缓和,脱硫精度高,脱硫效果显著,可将CO2原料气体中的总硫(主要为CS2、COS等有机硫)由1.0×10-6(体积分数)一步法脱除至0.05×10-6左右,脱硫率达90%以上。催化剂现已使用2年多。在该精脱硫剂前配置氧化铁脱硫剂先进行粗脱H2S,可最大程度地发挥该精脱硫剂深度脱除有机硫的效率。
Carbon dioxide that satisfies the quality requirements of relevant national standard for food grade carbon dioxide was produced by making use of a fine catalytic oxidative desulfurizer in a food grade carbon dioxide unit. The results of application have shown that this process of producing carbon dioxide with the fine desulfurizer is moderate in process conditions with high desulfurization efficiency and high sulfur capacity and that the content of total sulfur( organic sulfur like CS2 and COS,etc. for the most part) can be reduced from1. 0 × 10- 6( volume fraction) to about 0. 05 × 10- 6( volume fraction) with the sulfur removal rate higher than90% in this one- step desulfurization process. The catalyst has been used for more than 2 years,and its catalytic performance remains good up to now. The efficiency of this fine desulfurizer in deep desulfurization of organic sulfur can be maximized by setting up a process section for preliminarily removing H2 S with iron oxide desulfurizer before the fine catalytic oxidative desulfurizer process.
