海索草油挥发性成分与热裂解产物剖析及其在卷烟中的应用

摘要 采用中心切割二维气相色谱-质谱联用技术分析海索草油的挥发性成分,并对其900℃下的热裂解产物进行研究。试验结果发现,裂解前后海索草油的挥发性成分中都含有较多的异松蒎酮、松莰酮及水芹烯,使得海索草油带有独特的清凉气息。卷烟加香试验表明,海索草油加入卷烟后可使烟香具有青香韵味,同时起到细腻柔和烟气的作用。 Heart-cut multidimensional gas chromatography- mass spectrometry(MDGC- MS) was used to analyze the volatile components of hyssop oil. Meanwhile, the pyrolysis gas chromatography- mass spectrometry was used to analyze its pyrolytic products at 900 ℃. Results showed that the main components in hyssop oil were isocamphopinone, trans- 3-pinanone and phellandrene, they formed unique smell of hyssop oil. Tobacco flavoring test showed that it could enrich the tobacco flavor and reduce the irritancy of smoke.
