摘要 热连轧机生产过程中发生带钢甩尾是较普遍现象,是目前热连轧领域较难解决的技术难点和研究热点之一。研究了热连轧线带钢尾部甩尾问题发生时对机架轧制力偏差的影响及趋势特点,分析了带钢机架内位置与精轧机出口带钢中心位置变化的关系及特点。基于分析结论及生产线上试验验证,提出了一种解决热连轧机甩尾问题的综合控制方案和控制算法,并在热轧1 580 mm产线上开发实施,取得了良好效果。 It is very common during rolling that the strip walking problem happens in the conventional continuous hot rolling mill. It is also one of the difficult technical problems which have not been solved till now days. The characteristic and tendency of roll-force in each stand caused by strip walking problem are introduced. The relationship and characteristic of the inner-stands strip position with the run-out strip centerline deviation are also analyzed. Based on the analyzed and experimented results,a comprehensive solution and algorithm have been put forward. It has been developed in the 1 580 HSM and reduce the incidence of the trouble quite a lot compared to the one before applied.
