UOE焊管线铣边机钝边铣削超差原因理论分析

摘要 以某UOE焊管线铣边机设备为研究对象,着力分析夹钳小车可能引起钢板出现铣削钝边超差现象的原因。根据被铣削钢板与铣削单元之间的位置关系及刀具几何形状建立钢板在其宽度方向的偏移量与钝边高度变化量之间的函数关系式,并由此关系式计算不同厚度钢板在不引起钢板铣削质量超差的情况下在其宽度方向允许产生的最大偏移量;计算铣削不同形状钢板时,钢板可能受到的最大合外力,并在此基础上,从两个角度对可能引起钢板出现铣削质量超差现象的原因进行详细分析,明确其是否可能引起质量超差现象,为后续此类问题的快速解决和薄弱环节改善提供理论依据。 Taking the edge milling machine of UOE welded pipe production line as the research object,focuses on analyzing the reason of the clamping car,which can lead to the phenomenon of the blunt edge out-of-tolerance. According to the position relations between the steel plate and the milling unit and the geometry of the cutter,the function relation between the offset in the direction of the width of the steel plate and the change of the blunt edge height is established,and the allowed maximum offset of the direction of the width of steel plate without causing milling quality out-oftolerance of the steel plate in the different thickness steel plate is calculated. In addition,the maximum force of the steel plate in the process of cutting the steel plates of different shapes is obtained. On this basis,three reasons,that can cause the phenomenon of the milling quality out-oftolerance,are analyzed detailedly,and whether these reasons can cause the phenomenon of the milling quality out-of-tolerance is clarified. The contents provide the theoretical foundation for solving this kind of problem quickly and improving the weak link to ensure the smooth running of the welded pipe production line.
