摘要
在微束分析工作中使用与待测样品尽可能接近的标准样品,对提高检测准确度有重要意义,所以实验室对这种专用的标准样品的研制给予越来越多的关注。微束分析标准样品是一种应用于特定领域的标准样品,在尺寸和封装样式上有一定的特殊性,主要表现为检测面小、样品需要包埋。开发一种专用的包埋工艺——底端注射法,使其制成的产品满足微束分析标准样品的技术要求,同时形成流水线作业模式,实现较高生产效率。
The standard sample is important to improve accuracy in microbeam analysis. The better result will be get when the sample is as same as the standard sample. Now,more and more laboratories pay attention to the development of the standard sample. The microbeam analysis standard sample is especial in size,it is too small to be used directly. Most time they must be embedded. So encapsulation is important for the microbeam analysis standard sample. There is a dedicated embedded process,injecting from the bottom,which makes the standard samples can be used in microbeam analysis. At the same time,this process could achieve relatively high production efficiency.
