摘要
对城市客运交通保障体系能力等级进行科学评估是指导城市交通规划管理,改善城市交通建设的基础。以可持续发展为原则,提出城市客运交通供应链运作机制,并依此建立城市客运交通保障体系及相关指标。以可拓学理论为基础,构建基于AHP—熵权复合物元的多级可拓评估方法。最后对兰州市客运交通保障体系进行能力等级综合评估,并运用MATLAB实现矩阵运算,验证该模型的科学性和适用性。
Evaluating scientifically capability level of support system of city passenger transportation is the foundation of guiding the management of city traffic planning and improving city traffic construction.Taking sustainable development as principle,the operation mechanism of supply chain of city passenger transportation was proposed,and support system of city passenger transportation and relevant index system was established.Using xxtenics theory,multilevel extension assessment model based on AHPentropy matter-element theory was established.Finally,support system of passenger transportation of Lanzhou was evaluated comprehensively with the proposed methods and MATLAB was employed to carry out matrix operation.The result shows that the evaluation method is scientific and applicable.
