七星对月汤联合参蛇洗剂对小鼠慢性皮炎湿疹模型的药效学研究

Effect of ginseng snake lotion on mice model of chronic dermatitis eczema research

目的:探讨七星对月汤外洗联合参蛇洗剂外涂治疗慢性皮炎湿疹的药效学。方法:购入小鼠48只,随机分为对照组,模型组,阳性对照组,用药组,各组12只,给予对应处理,观测小鼠耳厚度变化、耳变应反应评分。结果:用药14日后,模型组耳厚度、耳变态反应均显著高于对照组、阳性对照组与用药组(P<0.05,P<0.01);用药组耳厚度、耳变态反应与阳性对照组无差异(P>0.05)。结论:七星对月汤外洗联合参蛇洗剂外涂可有效改善小鼠慢性皮炎湿疹模型的变应反应评分和耳厚度。

Objective： To investigate the efficacy of washing combined with Shenshe lotion on seven Decoction with the treatment of chronic dermatitis eczema. Methods： 48 mice were randomly divided into control group,model group,positive control group,treatment group,12 rats in each group,and the corresponding treatment.Results： 14 days after treatment,The thickness of the ear and the ear of the model group were significantly higher than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05,P〈0. 01）. Conclusion： Seven monthly decoction combined with ginseng and snake wash lotion for external coating can effectively improve the mouse model of chronic dermatitis eczema,allergic response score and ear thickness.
