Pharmaceuticals zero inventory management was implemented and the use of the mode was explored by using hospital computer management information system, to analyze and review the advantage and disadvantages of zero inventory management and traditional pharmaceuticals management in the past. The importance and necessity and concrete operation methods of using pharmaceuticals zero inventory management mode were analyzed through surveying the understanding to the mode.
