充血性心力衰竭患者临床资料中医证候量表的评价

Evaluation of TCM Syndrome Scales in Clinical Data of the Patients with Congestive Heart-failure

目的:以临床资料和中医证候学为基础编制充血性心力衰竭中医证候量表,并对量表的信度与效度进行评价。方法:选取100例充血性心力衰竭患者作为心衰组,进行量表调查;另选取60例健康志愿者作为对照组进行量表调查。依据调查结果评价此量表的信度与效度。结果:充血性心力衰竭中医证候量表除情绪维度的Cronbach′sα系数较低外,其余各个维度的Cronbach′sα系数均在0.5以上,总体信度良好;此量表的内容经专家考核,内容效度好;将心衰组和对照组对比,发现除情绪维度无统计学意义外,其余各维度的区分效度良好;该量表与SF-36量表总体相关性适中。结论:充血性心力衰竭中医证候量表的信度与效度较好,有一定的临床应用价值。

Objective： To work out TCM syndrome scales of congestive heart-failure（CHF） on the foundation of clinical data and TCM syndrome, to assess the reliability and validity of the scales. Methods： One hundred of CHF patients were selected as heart-failure group and investigated by the scales; other 60 healthy volunteers as the control group and surveyed. The reliability and validity of the scales were assessed according to the results. Results： Except low emotional dimension Cronbach′s α coefficients in TCM syndrome scales of CHF, Cronbach′s α coefficients in different dimensions were all higher than 0.5, overall reliability was good; the contents of the scales were tested by the experts, the validity of the content was good; heart-failure group was compared with the control group, we found that discrimination validity of other dimensions was better except no statistical meaning in the comparisons of emotional dimensions; total relativity between the scale and SF-36 scale was moderate. Conclusion： TCM syndrome scales of CHF show good reliability and validity, it shows clinical application values to a certain degree.
